Account Deletion Policy for Vybeme

Introduction

This Account Deletion Policy explains how users can delete their Vybeme account and describes what happens to personal data after deletion. Vybeme is committed to transparency and user privacy.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Through the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the Vybeme app

  2. Go to Profile → Settings

  3. Tap Delete Account

  4. Confirm your request

Your account deletion will begin immediately after confirmation.

Option 2: By Email

If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by email:

Please include:

  • Your registered phone number

  • A clear request to delete your account

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Immediate Actions

  • Your account is deactivated

  • Your profile is removed from public view

  • Notifications and communications stop

Within 30 Days

  • Your account information is permanently deleted

  • Your posts, plans, messages, comments, and reactions are removed

  • Saved content and session data are erased

Data That May Be Retained

In certain cases, the following data may be retained:

  • Anonymized data used for analytics and performance improvement

  • Information required by law or regulatory obligations

  • Backup data, which may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion

  • Content shared with other users, which will be anonymized and no longer linked to your identity

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible

  • Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated

  • Once deletion is completed, all associated data is permanently removed as described above

Before Deleting Your Account

We recommend that you:

  • Download your data if you wish to keep a copy

  • Save any important information

  • Inform your contacts if necessary

Requesting a Copy of Your Data

You can request a copy of your personal data before deletion:

  1. Go to Profile → Settings

  2. Select Download My Data

We will provide your data within 30 days of the request.
