Account & Login

OTP not received?
Ensure your network connection is stable and your phone number is entered correctly in 10-digits. Do not include prefix for country code. If the issue persists, contact support.

Change phone number
Phone number updates must be requested via email from your registered number.

Delete your account
You can delete your account directly from the app under My Profile → Delete Account.
If you are unable to access the app, email us from your registered phone number and we will process your request.

Plans & Events

Unable to join a plan?
Check if the plan has reached capacity or if registration has closed.

Ticket not received after payment?
Email us with your transaction ID and registered phone number for quick resolution.

Incorrect event details?
Event details are managed by hosts. Report inaccuracies via support and we will review the issue.

Hosting & Organizer Support

For help with:

  • Creating and managing events

  • Ticketing and custom passes

  • Registrations and check-ins

  • Analytics and audience tools

Email plans@vybeme.in with “Organizer Support” in the subject line.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are securely processed within the app.

Refund are generated only in the case a paid event is cancelled. This is directly managed by the event organizers. You can directly contact the event organizer from their attached emails and contact numbers.
If eligible, refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your payment method. 

For payment-related concerns, include:

  • Transaction ID

  • Registered phone number

  • Event name

Technical Issues

If the app is crashing or a feature is not working, please share:

  • Your device model

  • App version

  • A brief description of the issue

You can directly report any account on vybeme from their profiles. To further report inappropriate content, misconduct, or safety concerns, email us at plans@vybeme.in with subject line as "Privacy & Safety Concern".
